Registration: Camp or clinic participants must be registered at least 7 days prior to the first date/time of the  start of all camps, classes, lessons, clinics. Registering online/by email is only final once entire payment has been made. Private, Semi-private and Group lessons must be registered and paid in full no later then 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. Failure to submit payment will result in cancelation.

Payment deadline: Payments must be received no later then 24 hours prior to the start of the camp, class, lesson, clinic. Lack of payment will result in the cancellation of the registered program(s). Club Nico accepts Venmo, cash or personal check.

Cancellations and refunds: Camp and clinic cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program start date/time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the start of the program are non refundable. For multi day programs, partial refunds will not be given. Private, semi-private and group lesson cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. Cancellation requests requests must be in writing and sent to nico.nonnombre@gmail.com. We understand that sometimes unique circumstances arise, such as illness, injury, family matters, etc and we will address these situations individually to determine if a refund can be processed. Please reach out to Club Nico as soon as you realize a cancelation is required.

Registration changes: Any camp or clinic registration changes must be made prior to 3 days of the program. All changes to programs must be in writing and sent to nico.nonnombre@gmail.com. Should a Club Nico staff member determine a program not to be suitable based on reasons such as skill level or otherwise, Club Nico will offer an alternative program if available or provide a refund for the remaining portion of the unused program.

Potential cancellations: Club Nico reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or as otherwise determined in its sole and absolute discretion. A full refund will be provided in the event of a program cancellation.

Late arrival or early departure: If a participant leaves a program early for non-medical or personal reasons, or arrives late, participant fees are not reduced or prorated.

Medical form: A Club Nico Medical Form (signed by a physician and parent or guardian) must be received prior to participation in any of our programs. A parent or guardian is responsible for notifying Club Nico of all physical, medical and/or emotional needs of any participant which may impact their participation.

Maintaining a positive environment: Club Nico has the sole and absolute discretion, without providing advance notice, to (a) reject or dismiss a participant, without refund, for any or no reason including, but not limited to, unsatisfactory conduct or any situation which impairs a participant’s ability to participate or may expose other participants to risk; (b) alter/change a program, and; (c) search the personal belongings of a participant. If a camper is dismissed by Club Nico staff, they are not permitted to return during the current summer.

Inspections: For a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, participant safety, food allergies and Club Nico reserves the right to inspect and confiscate unacceptable items brought to a program or given to another participant.

Assumption of risk: Our programs involves low risk, however, unexpected injuries can result. parents assume these risks and agree to allow their child(ren) to participate in the programs they are enrolled. Parent(s) or guradian(s) agree to release, indemnify, defend (including the payment of actual attorneys’ fees and costs of a judgment/settlement) and hold harmless Club Nico, officers, directors, agents and employees, from any and all liability for damage, injury, death or illness to and/or caused by their child(ren) or their property that directly or indirectly relate to Club Nico.

Medical authority: In the event of an emergency, Club Nico and/or medical staff has authority to act on my behalf according to its best judgment. I understand that I am responsible for all costs relating to medical treatment of my child.

Potential cancellation or delay: In the event that Club Nico is unable to operate or is forced to begin late or close early due to circumstances beyond it's control, including but not limited to weather, floods, utility failures, inaccessibility, communicable disease, civil unrest, governmental order or other such reason, or in the event Club Nico decides to suspend any or all sessions for health and safety reasons, Club Nico shall not be responsible for any costs, losses or other damages beyond a refund or credit applied to future years of classes/camps/clinics or a proportionate share thereof in the event of a partial shutdown, minus any non-recoverable expenses and administrative costs spent in performance of this agreement.

Authorization of camper information: Camper’s name, photographs, video content, voice recordings, and/or image may be used by Camp Nico.

Code of conduct: Participants agree to the following “CODE OF CONDUCT” while participating in Club Nico activities, which includes, but is not limited to the following: no drugs, alcohol or smoking; ; no knives or weapons; no bullying, swearing or stealing; no destruction of Club Nico, staff or other perticipant's property; no inappropriate or sexual behavior; no inappropriate clothing; and no negative influence toward others and/or within the Club's environment.

Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must read the above TERMS & CONDITIONS and acknowledge that it is their responsibility to be familiar with all policies, guidelines, and details provided by Club Nico. Parent(s) and/or guardians must  review and discuss the above TERMS & CONDITIONS, including “RULES OF BEHAVIOR,” with their child(ren) and voluntarily agree to be bound hereby.
